Idris Elba is officially beaming up to “Star Trek”!
In a new video for the Omaze charity, the actor appears with the entire “Star Trek Beyond” cast including Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin and John Cho.
The actor joins the crew on the Enterprise set halfway through the announcement, which reveals that one lucky fan will win a walk-on role in the latest “Star Trek” movie if they donate to the worthy “Star Trek: To Boldly Go” initiative.

“Idris, glad you could join us,” Chris says in the video.
Details on the actor’s role are being kept under wraps, but rumors have swirled since March that the British actor would star as the film’s villain, possibly playing a Klingon in the Justin Lin-directed movie.

The video ends with the cast dancing on the set and Idris shows off his impressive breakdancing skills – a must-see moment for any Idris fan!
