Access Hollywood correspondent Scott Evans sat down with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi on Wednesday to get the real story behind her recent appearance on Khloe Kardashian’s new show “Kocktails with Khloe,” and found out that she doesn’t even remember the interview with Khloe and had to watch the show later to see what she said.
On the highly publicized show, Khloe serves her guests drinks in her “house” (a set that replicates her own home) with over 20 hidden cameras and films her guests confessions and conversations. But, for the petite Nicole, the drinks were too much for her to handle.
“I was wasted. I had three [drinks], and I blacked out,” she said. “So when I watched the episode I’m like, ‘Oh my god I don’t remember this, I’m slurring my words, you’re so embarrassing.’ So I don’t remember that whole interview.”
Nicole explained that the drinks that Khloe served caused her to get “‘blackout drunk” and as a result, she exaggerated her story about being adopted (which is she in real life) and having 10 siblings (which she does not).
“I knew what I was talking about, but I exaggerated. I was like, I have like 10 brothers and sisters, I’m like, ‘What are you talking about. It’s only like one or two.’ So I exaggerated times 10,” she revealed to Scott.
Explaining her possible reason for telling such embellished stories while drinking, she blames it on her famous Jersey Shore persona.
“That was Snooki in the interview. My alter ego,” she said.
She also told Access Hollywood exclusively that it was actually Khloe who asked her to relive the awkward first time the two of them met — a cringe-worthy moment that Nicole said was initiated by Khloe’s sister Kim.
“We’re figuring out what we’re going to talk about
and she was like, ‘You know what? You should bring up our first time meeting,'” Nicole told Scott.
“It was really awkward,” she said of her introduction to Khloe. “She
didn’t want me there.”
Adding, “I felt really
uncomfortable. Five years ago, I went over to Khloe’s house because Kim told us
to come over. I went over and Kim’s like, ‘Okay,
let’s go meet Khloe.’ So I went over.”
Nicole continued, recalling that
Khloe wasn’t exactly happy to see her.
“Khloe looked at me, looked back at Kim, she goes,
‘What the F is she doing
here?'” she said. “And I was like, ‘Oh my god, you’re my favorite and you hate
me.’”
The now-married mom of two said the
encounter also had an uncomfortable ending.
“I just stared at Kim
[like], ‘Why did you put me in this position?’ and I left. It was really awkward,” she said.
