Model Monika Zsibrita has sued Chris Rock, the latest development in a court battle between the two that has gone over for over a decade, according to the LA Times.
The suit was filed in August and has been unsealed by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge at the request of Zsibrita, who reportedly wanted the case made public.
“My side has never been out,” she told reporters outside the courtroom. “This has basically ruined my life.”
According to the LA Times, the suit accuses Rock of breach of contract, among other accusations, alleging that he raped her, had a private investigator after her and also made negative comments about her on Howard Stern’s radio show.
Zsibrita previously filed a paternity suit against Rock after becoming pregnant sometime after a sexual encounter with the comedian, though DNA testing revealed the child not to be his. In September 2000, she accused him of rape during their encounter — no charges were filed against Rock.
“Someone who was not pregnant with my child claimed to be pregnant with my child and requested large sums of money for this,” Rock testified at an earlier hearing.
Zsibrita claimed she has never asked for money from the comedian.
The model is also reportedly suing the city of Beverly Hills and several police supervisors in the new suit.
