Carrie Underwood Falls During Concert, Injures Leg

Carrie Underwood probably wishes she could undo her decision to wear nearly-six-inch heels during her Texas concert on Thursday night!

The country superstar was enthusiastically busting out her hit “Undo It” when her spiky heel caught on the edge of her long top, causing her to trip and take a backwards tumble onstage.

Like the true pro that she is, the 30-year-old beauty took the fall in stride, continuing to sing from a seated position.

She later laughed off the incident on Twitter, writing, “Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious! Oh wait, that was me! #5inchheels #klutz.”

Unfortunately, the tumble took a toll on her ankle. She later posted a photo of her left leg (from the knee down) in an orthopedic boot.

“Good news, it’s not broken…AND I got some new footwear!” she captioned the pic.

Carrie’s longtime pal and fellow country superstar Brad Paisley seized the opportunity to poke fun at singer, re-Tweeting the video of Carrie’s fall with the caption, “The graceful, the nimble, the cat-like reflexes of Carrie Underwood!”
