Cameron Douglas’ Girlfriend Also Arrested On Drug Charges

Kelly Sott, the girlfriend of Michael Douglas’ son Cameron, was arrested on Monday, the U.S. Attorneys’ Office confirmed to Access Hollywood.

According to NBC New York, Kelly was allegedly attempting to smuggle Cameron heroin hidden in the handle of an electric toothbrush.

The celebrity son himself was arrested on charges of methamphetamine possession and trafficking in July, after which he was reportedly released on bail but given a condition of home detention. The U.S. Attorneys’ Office would not comment to Access on his current location.

In a criminal Complaint obtained by Access and signed by DEA Special Agent Justin Meadows, Kelly is alleged to have attempted to smuggle heroin on Monday, as well as accused of participating in methamphetamine distribution in July. Cameron is not named in the Complaint. However, he appears to be referenced as “CC-1,” a “crystal meth user and dealer,” who is identified as the recipient of the toothbrush.

Among the complaint’s allegations are that CC-1 sold a half-pound of crystal meth to a DEA informant for $15,000 on July 9 and shipped it to New York via UPS – with alleged assistance from Kelly, who is accused of bringing it to the California Mailbox Store.

The complaint also alleged that Kelly was “aware” of CC-1’s “distribution of narcotics,” but claimed upon her arrest that she was not aware of the contents of the toothbrush.

Special Agent Meadows further alleged that her hotel room contained a substance that “appeared to be heroin” and “small amounts of suspected crystal meth and marijuana.”

Attorneys for Cameron Douglas and Kelly Sott did not immediately return calls when contacted by Access.
