Barron Hilton’s Reported Attacker: ‘I Did Not Initiate A Fight With Barron’

The man who reports claimed assaulted Barron Hilton (Paris Hilton’s younger brother) is speaking out about his headline-making weekend in Miami.

“I did not initiate a fight with Barron,” Ray LeMoine told Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “I just met him right then.”

According to LeMoine – a bar owner who was throwing a party in Miami last weekend during the Art Basel festivities – authorities have not contacted him regarding the reported fight.

“I haven’t heard from the police,” he added.

On Sunday, the Associated Press reported that Hilton was struck in the face last Friday night by an unidentified man and refused treatment from fire rescue workers.

Despite reports linking LeMoine to the incident, Sgt. Bobby Hernandez of the Miami Beach Police told Access that no one has been implicated for the alleged attack and Hilton has not provided any information.

“[Barron has] posted on social media, but yet he wouldn’t wait on the scene for the crime scene investigator to talk,” Sgt. Hernandez told Access. “An arrest is not imminent. That was incorrectly reported. We do not have the identity of the subject who was the perpetrator of this crime. We don’t have anybody. We don’t even know who we’re looking for.”

Hernandez also dismissed reports linking Lindsay Lohan to the incident, who LeMoine is friends with and was invited to the party by LeMoine.

“We have no witnesses and the victim himself never implicated Lindsay Lohan as being the orchestrator of this attack. That is all hearsay,” Sgt. Hernandez continued.

A source close to the situation claimed to Access, “Barron was attending the party and it was breaking up. He was there because he was invited through friends of friends. When the party broke up, he just didn’t want to leave and then he made a scene… then it turned into a three ring circus. Then Lindsay took off.”

Following the alleged attack, Hilton posted a photo of himself with a bloodied and cut face on Instagram. Sister Paris commented, “They will both pay for what they did… No one f—- with my family and gets away with it!!”
