Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have called it quits after 15 months of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, Amber filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Monday citing irreconcilable differences. The 30-year-old actress is asking for spousal support and for Johnny to pay her legal fees. Their date of separation is listed as May 22.
The split comes at a difficult time for Johnny, whose mother passed away on May 20.
Amber and Johnny starred together in the 2011 film “The Rum Diary” and wed in February 2015.
The marriage was Amber’s first and Johnny’s second. He was previously wed to Lori Anne Allison from 1983-1986, and engaged to actresses Jennifer Grey and Winona Ryder.
Johnny has two children, Lily-Rose, 16, and Jack, 14, with his previous partner, Vanessa Paradis. His next film, “Alice Through The Looking Glass,” hits theaters Friday, May 27.
Reps for Johnny and Amber did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Access Hollywood.
