John Travolta has finally chimed in on the now infamous “Adele Dazeem” moment from Sunday’s Oscars.
“I’ve been beating myself up all day. Then I thought … what would Idina Menzel say, She’d say, ‘Let it go, let it go,’” the actor, who flubbed singer Idina Menzel’s name during an introduction during the show, said in a statement on Tuesday.
Adding, “Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy ‘Frozen’ took home two Oscars Sunday night!”

As for Ms. Dazeem, we mean Ms. Menzel, she reportedly found the humor in the moment.
“She laughed it off,” a source told E! News. “She thought it was so funny. She was like, ‘What are you going to do?’”
Idina reportedly gave John a hug backstage following her performance.
