Bradley Cooper Gets Emotional Over Brad Pitt’s Heartfelt Speech In His Honor
These Brads love supporting each other! Brad Pitt paid tribute to longtime friend Bradley Cooper in a heartfelt speech on Feb. 8 while presenting the “Maestro” star and director, 49, with the Outstanding Performer of The Year award at the Santa Barbara Film Festival. The Hollywood icon, 60, went on to share the many reasons why he thought Bradley was always going to make it in the industry, ranging from his acting in “The Hangover” to his directorial debut with 2018’s “A Star Is Born.” The “Bullet Train” star rounded out his speech by sharing what he hopes for Bradley with the 2024 Oscars, while also taking a hilarious jab at his love for the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles. Once Bradley accepted his award from Brad, he got emotional before joking back at the “Fight Club” actor. The pair’s latest onstage moment comes four years after Bradley presented Brad with the award for Best Supporting Actor for “Once Upon A Time … In Hollywood” at the National Board of Review annual awards gala.
