When fans of Super Bowl XLIII reach the coma like state that comes only after four solid hours of sitting on the couch being glued to the TV, Jack Black is helping NBC keep fans right where they are.
The big game, which is airing on NBC, will be followed by a special one-hour episode of “The Office” featuring the “Kung-Fu Panda” star, the network announced on Monday.
The plot of the special post-Super Bowl “Office” will find the crew of Dunder-Mifflin attempting to watch a bootlegged Hollywood movie during work, according to NBC.
Jack will be one of the stars of the movie, as well several other “notable” Hollywood actors the network has yet to reveal.
“The Office” is currently up for Best Comedy Television Series at the Golden Globes, while star Steve Carell who plays Michael Scott, is up for Best Actor, Comedy.
