After a three-year engagement, Cynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni have married!
According to People, the former “Sex and The City” star, 46, and the education activist, 46, were married on Sunday.
“On May 27, 2012, Cynthia Nixon and her girlfriend, Christine Marinoni, were legally married in the state of New York,” a rep for the actress said in a statement to the mag.
“Nixon wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera,” the statement continued.
Further details on the couple’s ceremony were not released.
The couple, who have been together since 2004, have a son, Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni, who Christine gave birth to in February 2011.
The actress, who is nominated for a Tony this year for her role in “Wit,” also has two children from her previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes.
